We are a boutique, co-op of hand selected, furnished properties for the Colorado Springs market.
Why choose us?
Extended stay companies are little more than a hotel room and are not able to offer the comforts of home. Plus free-for-all websites like Airbnb do not guarantee consistent quality management or properties. We offer it all.
What's included?
All of our properties are private units that include utilities, high-speed internet, washer, dryer, linens and fully stocked kitchens.
Do you allow pets?
Some units are pet friendly with size limits.
How do I book my stay?
Complete the booking form on any of our property pages. You will receive instructions by email on how to submit your application and pay the deposit.
